Tenorez is pioneering a new type of venture finance platform. It allows local communities, businesses and landowners to lead a diversification, development, and decarbonisation of advanced economies.
We are a private sector, commercial enterprise. We plan to offer, as one package, long-term land leases and ultra-long-term flexible, financially sustainable venture loans to highly speculative start-up enterprises pursuing a wide array of capital-intensive, technology-led industrial, agricultural, commercial, alternative energy and social investment initiatives. Where possible, we aim to offer both land leases and venture loans at highly concessional interest rates.
We plan to rollout our venture finance platform in stages, starting with the UK, and only in countries classified by the International Monetary Fund or IMF as advanced economies.
Our venture finance platform is enabled by a new groundbreaking public private partnership with local governments designed to increase local community participation in the development, diversification and decarbonisation of local economies. The partnership taps one of our most ancient stores of wealth—land—to deliver venture finance to high potential start-ups in size and on commercially attractive, sustainable terms. It also helps local communities, both urban and rural, address their most challenging economic, social and environmental investment needs.

Mission
Our mission is to help local communities advance socially, environmentally and economically, by availing once in a century financial wealth creation opportunities unfurled by a confluence of climate change, the 4th Industrial Revolution and global technology and industrial supply chain migration, by tapping one of the most abundant and increasingly valuable natural resources on the planet—climate resilient land. Because land is largely a locally owned and controlled resource, we put local communities and landowners in the driving seat, ensuring that unlike earlier economic transitions, this time, local communities and landowners are not left behind.
Our Approach
We seek to acquire rural, urban and built-up land from public bodies and private landowners, at market prices that reflect a land parcel's most valuable economic use. We lease this land, on highly concessional terms where possible, to private developers and strategic investors, and provide them with flexible, financially sustainable low-cost loans to develop new facilities, but only as mandated by the previous landowner.
OUR LAUNCH INITIATIVE
We expect to launch our business activities by helping Local Authorities across the UK narrow their yawning, chronic social & elderly care housing deficit, drive technology-led industrial and commercial development, build R&D clusters, invest in decarbonised, technology-intensive agriculture, and much more.
